Meet the Person Behind Your Care
I am a dedicated mental health provider with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. My background includes both inpatient and outpatient settings, as well as community mental health, where I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse populations and a wide range of clinical needs.
I specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, PTSD, and autism spectrum disorders. I understand that mental health is not one-size-fits-all, and I take a thoughtful, individualized approach to care. My goal is to ensure that each patient feels heard, understood, and supported in a way that aligns with their unique experiences and goals.
I believe in a collaborative approach to treatment, where we work together to create a plan that feels both effective and sustainable. Whether that includes medication management, brief psychotherapy, or a combination of both, I prioritize open communication, education, and shared decision-making throughout the process.
My experience in community mental health has shaped my commitment to accessible, compassionate care. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where patients feel comfortable exploring challenges and building the tools needed for meaningful, lasting change.
